Santiago haves
different places, for different people. The public transport is better than others Latin-American countries, but is more expensive too.
Of Santiago
I like “La Vega Central” because in there we can found a lot of food. Fruits
from different countries, and we can find almost everything for cook something special. I like the Cordillera de Los Andes too. After the rain it's an spectacular view.
I hate that, in Santiago, exist a kind of "sanitary wall", like the Vicuña Mackenna´s city. But now is the Vespucio Highway that makes some neighborhood fringe. Live in the suburbs in Santiago isn't a good think. Some districts even have internet signal.
If I have
to give to a visitor a tip from Santiago, I think I would say that he or she must visit the "Boulevard Lavaud", located in the corner of streets Compañía with Libertad, near to Plaza Brasil, in the Center of Santiago. It's a magic place, very beautiful, and the food is really good. I would recommend him or her, to try the crème brulée.
For me the public transport is very very good but when i charge the bip card the cash don't last too long and thas frustrating. I haven't visited de Boulevard Lavaud and I would like to go there.
ResponderBorrarI recommend Plaza Brasil too, actually there is a bar called "Remolienda" and it's represent a lot of our history, and you can have a really good time too. I think the same about our public transport respect the expensive but not about quality.
